GRIFn is a novel system for interactive evaluation of functional genomic data and methods.  It allows you to upload your own data, view evaluations in multiple contexts, and compare it with other published high throughput data.  To view results, you will need the free Adobe Scalable Vector Graphic (SVG) plugin (click here to install it).  Choose the file you would like to upload or just click "Evaluate" to see an example.
